One of my earliest memories of Uncle Ronnie was when I was very small and fell on Nana and Pepe's stone steps splitting my chin open, Uncle Ronnie scooped me right up without a second thought and carried me inside and cleaned and bandaged me up! I can remember being so scared but I felt so safe and secure in his arms! He WAS truly a hero! My latest memories is of him and Aunt Eleanor's frequent trips to Sam's Club where I work and he always made sure he said Hello and talked if I wasn't too busy, and always with that great big smile of his!! Life gets hectic but it was so comforting seeing that familiar smile and quick reminder of love and family!! I will miss that!! Thinking and praying for you Aunt Eleanor Jeannette and Randy ❤️

One of Ron's favorite sayings when he and I were in the Paramedic program: "Anyone can be a paramedic. But it takes a special person to be a Firefighter." My condolences to the family. He was a great guy.

So sorry for your loss. Ronnie was in many of my classes at school growing up in Pittsfield. I always loved his smile and dimples. A sweet, caring person with a quiet sense of humor. RIP Ron and blessings to your family.
