Richard Stelmach Obituary

HOOKSETT – Richard T. Stelmach of Hooksett, NH passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at Epsom Healthcare Center on May 29, 2023.

Richard was born in Manchester, NH on August 13, 1946 to the late Stanley and Irene (Beaudoin) Stelmach.

Richard was enlisted and honorably served from 1964 to 1971 in the United States Army.

Richard was known to most as a jack of all trades and with his nickname being “King Richard”. His knowledge was sharp with handy work, learning, reading, and staying tuned to the History Channel. He was particularly gifted when it came to welding and wood working – there was no project too challenging or one he did not enjoy. He also spent many days joyriding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle.

Besides his parents he is predeceased by his son, Shawn Stelmach and sister, Denise Stelmach.

He is survived by his wife Mickie (Lansil) Stelmach, children; Christopher Stelmach and wife Anne of Hooksett, Melissa Dotson and husband Michael of Vine Grove, KY, Marlenea Field of Apoka, FL, Robert Ducharme and wife Heidi of Barnstead, siblings; Paul Stelmach and wife Lucille of Raymond and Phillip Stelmach and wife Doreen of Laconia, grandchildren; Crystal Lynn, Felisha Beth, Tiffanie Michelle, Eric, Emily, CJ, Brittany, Michael, Tre, Vanessa and Kevin Blais with wife Kim, Monika and husband Timothy who share 3 daughters and a son, great grandchildren; Liam, Evangeline, Alanna, Leiana, Lucas, Bobby, Tommy, Lilly, and Dylan as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In accordance to his wishes there will be no services held at this time. Richards final place of rest will be at Pine Grove Cemetery at 765 Brown Ave, Manchester, NH.
