MANCHESTER – Larry A. Ireland, Sr. 72 of Manchester, passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital following years of Cardiac Issues.

Born on July 2, 1949 in Presque Isle, ME he was the son of the late Auburn Ireland and Evelyn Archer.

Larry was a graduate of Arlington High School in LaGrange, NY where he just celebrated his 50th High School Reunion. He worked for many years as an Operator for R.H. White until his retirement. Larry was a character and if you knew him you loved him, he enjoyed telling jokes and making everyone laugh. He was an avid bowler, dart player and gardener.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Lisa Rein and brothers, Gary, Don and Ken.

He is survived by his son, Larry Ireland, Jr. of Weare, brother, Wendell Ireland of Wappinger Falls, NY, step brothers, Kim, Brent and Bruce, Sean, step sister, Lori, grandchildren, Larry Ireland, III, Dylan Ireland, Louis Ireland, Eric, Felicia, Tiffany and Julian, longtime companion, Dale (Whiteley) Ireland numerous great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
