Donato C. Bossone

CONCORD – Donato C. Bossone, 68 of Concord, formerly of Weare, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.

Born in Providence, RI on December 28, 1953, he was the son of the late Thomas and Dorothy (Valley) Bossone.

Don worked for many years at McLane Company in quality control and as the trainer for the cigarette department until his recent retirement. He enjoyed reading books about the Italian Mafia and watching the Mafia classics on TV. He also enjoyed watching crime shows, Judge Judy, Jeopardy, and rooting for the Yankees. He cherished spending time with his family and truly cherished his granddaughter, Mia (“little meatball”), who was his world.

Besides his parents, Don was also predeceased by his significant other, Susan L. Sarrasin, in June 2021.

He is survived by his daughter, Angelina Zulkic and her husband Elvir; sons: Stephen Sarrasin and his wife JoAnna and Shawn Sarrasin and his wife Kalapungha; four siblings: Arlene Parente and her husband Rocco, Karen St. Lawrence, Dorothy Sanderson and her husband Peter, and Thomas Bossone and his wife Lorie; grandchildren: Allyssa Sarrasin, Logan Sarrasin, Max Sarrasin, and Mia Zulkic, as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.
