Charlene M. Cutting

MANCHESTER – Charlene Cutting, 64, of Manchester, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.

Born on January 13, 1957 in Augusta, ME, she was the daughter of the late Gabrielle I. (Melanson) Cutting and her husband Ralph Cutting and Marcel Bourque.

Charlene worked for many years as a paraprofessional for Loudon Elementary School. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. In 2008 Charlene moved to St. Cloud, FL where she lived with her mother and later her sister until coming back to NH in 2018. She enjoyed reading, quilting, playing games on her electronics, time with her family and her Dunkin Donuts Ice Coffee. She coached in the Special Olympics for many years and loved her trips to Disney with the family. She had a special place in her heart for Neil Diamond and her service dog, Babette who will miss her very much. Her family is thankful for the extra time they were able to get with her following a scare with Covid in 2020. Charlene’s family wishes to thank the staff at Hackett Hill Nursing Home for all the care and love shown for her since her arrival.

Besides her parents and stepfather, she was predeceased by her brothers, Ludger Cutting and Aurele Bourque.

She is survived by her children, Melanie (Odette) Camelo and her husband Brian, Melissa (Odette) Pond and her husband Nicholas, Scott Odette and his spouse Donna Heywood and Shawn M. Odette; siblings, Mikayla Bourque and Doreen Bourque, step siblings, Sandra and Jim Anderson, Lisa and Clint Hamm, LouAnn and Bob Poirier, Russell Cutting, Ralph Cutting, Jr. and Barbara Cutting, aunt, Jeannine Gilbert, four grandchildren, Harmony Odette, Brianna Camelo, Taylor Camelo and Maxwell Zyra as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Tuesday, July 20th from 5 to 7 P.M. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home, 167 Main Street in Pembroke.
