Born in Los Angeles, CA, Kelly was the daughter of Lee (Pitta) Baker of Methuen, MA and the late Randolph Baker.  She came to Massachusetts in 1975, growing up in Haverhill, before moving to New Jersey for 15 years.  During that time, she served as a Red Cross Responder.  She had resided in New Hampshire since 2006.

Kelly was employed as the Manager of Operations for Elbit Systems of America.  She enjoyed sporting events of all kinds, going to concerts, her plants, and her pets.  An avid reader, she also enjoyed needlepoint and taking her nieces and nephews to Disney World.

Besides her father, Kelly was predeceased by her brother, Dalton Baker.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Daniel Baker and his wife Lisa of Methuen, MA; her nieces and nephews, Jerimy, Daniel Jr., Eric, Neil, Melissa, Ross, Brad, and Anmarie; her great nieces and nephews: Kyrsten, Keller, Colin, Lexy, Austin, James, Sylvia, Rory, Lincoln, Ava, Adrian and Emma; and her good friend who was like a son, Matthew of New Jersey.  She also leaves her dog, Zack and her beloved cats.
