Judy Luckern Obituary

PEMBROKE- Judy L. (Banker) Luckern, 59, of Pembroke, passed away unexpectedly at home on January 5, 2019. 

Born in Concord, Judy was the daughter of Arlene (Hamel-Banker) Lodge of Pembroke and the late Edmund L. “Buddy” Banker.  She was raised and educated in Pembroke and was a graduate of Pembroke Academy.

Judy was employed as a receptionist at St. Paul’s School in Concord and most recently worked at the Concord YMCA.  She enjoyed the beach but above all, cherished the time she spent with her husband and family.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Cecil B. Luckern, Jr.

In addition to her mother, Judy is survived by her two sons: Corey Luckern of Concord and Shawn Luckern of Lebanon, ME; her siblings: Gary Banker of Pembroke, Ron Banker of CA, her twin sister, Jody Brissette of Tilton, George Lodge of Franklin and Danielle Murphy of Richmond, VA; and her in-laws, Thomas Luckern, James Luckern, Debra Luckern, Kelly Alosa and Peggy Lamora.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, January 14th from 12 to 2 P.M. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home 167 Main St. in Pembroke.  A Graveside Service will follow at 2:30 P.M. in Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord.  To share a memory or offer a condolence, please visit www.petitroan.com
