CHICHESTER- On July 22, 2018, Evelyn (Hilliard) Boulet was called home to God. She passed peacefully after a long illness.
Born in Laconia on September 5, 1963, she spent the first half of her life living in the Pembroke/Allenstown area. She graduated from Pembroke Academy in 1982 with High Honors and with her 2 year old son in attendance.
She went on to take vocational training courses and started working as a word processor. She advanced to graphic design and desktop publishing.
Evelyn was employed by Chubb Life America for over 15 years before Jefferson Pilot bought Chubb, at which time her position was eliminated. She then went on to Print Solutions.
She is pre-deceased by her parents, Marilyn (Hilliard) Martineau and Robert Hilliard; her son, Lorne R. Boulet, Jr.; brothers, Paul Carlson and Noel Carlson; and sisters, Starr Carlson and Laura Carlson.
She is survived by her husband, Lorne R. Boulet, Sr.; sisters, Louise Holmburg of Bristol, Robin Hilliard of Laconia, Arlene Woodward of Hill, and Ruth Kimball of New Hampton; brothers, Robert Carlson of Loudon and Daryl Carlson of Milton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a very special great niece that called her “Nana”, Chloe Glodgett of Concord, who was her Little Princess and brought great joy to her life.
Calling Hours will be held in in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home 167 Main St. in Pembroke on Sunday, August 5th from 3 to 5 P.M. and again on Monday August 6th at 9:30 A.M. followed by a Procession to St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Allenstown, where her funeral will be held graveside at 11 A.M, officiated by the Rev.
