Carter Michael Depont

CONCORD- Carter Michael Depont peacefully joined the angels on December 21, 2018.

Carter was born on January 8, 2017 at 9:45 PM at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Against all odds, Carter was able to come home on February 16, 2017.

Besides the love of his family, Carter will be remembered for his huge blue eyes, beautiful long eye lashes, insatiable good looks, and distinctive cry when he had something to say.

Carter’s family would like to express their gratitude for the care he received from VNA of Concord, Kim Vigneault, Jamye Cutter and Linda Hughston of Community Bridges, vision therapist Jan Halley, and Dr. Kristen Hastings, CHaD Pediatrics of Concord, and Kristen Hendries, Carter’s home care nurse.

Carter leaves behind his Mommy, best friend and hero, Melissa Frazier of Concord, his proud father Michael Depont of Seabrook, big brother Evan Berube and big sister Aiva Frazier. He also leaves his grandparents Neil and Patrice Nogues of Franklin and Kathy Depont of Seabrook, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling Hours will be held on Sunday, December 30th from 3 to 5 P.M. in the Petit-Roan Funeral Home 167 Main St. in Pembroke.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Carter’s memory may be sent to David’s House, 461 Mt.
