CENTER BARNSTEAD – Michael Francis Tasker, 63, of Center Barnstead, passed away on Thursday, April 19, 2018 surrounded by his family after a brief illness.
Born on July 29, 1954 in Strafford, NH he was the son of the late Francis and Evelyn (Corliss) Tasker.
Mike lived most of his life in Strafford on his family farm. He lived in Florida for a few years and came back to New Hampshire last fall.
Mike was a jack of all trades and anyone who knew him would agree. He loved running equipment and could jump into any piece of equipment and do what needed to be done as well as tinkering on anything for anyone. He loved hunting and spending time with his family. His children and grandchildren were his whole life. He was very active in the South Barnstead Cemetery for many years.
Mike leaves behind his wife of 36 years, Kimberly (Butterworth) Tasker; their children, Carrie Leanne Doliber and her husband Henry of Deltona, FL and Richard David Tasker of Barnstead; His ex-wife, Nancy Wilson Tasker and their son Lance Michael Tasker and his wife Rebecca of Barnstead and Justin Michael Tasker and his wife Kris-Lynn of Loudon. He also leaves behind his “monsters,” Ayden Michael, Rhyana Jean and Everly; his sister, Barbara Geddes and her husband Duncan of Gilmanton, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He will be missed by his family and friends.
Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, April 26th from 5 to 7 P.M. in the Still Oaks Funeral & Memorial Home, 1217 Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom.
