I had the honor of being Dylan's kindergarten teacher. Kassie was a supportive and loving mother. It has been many years since Dylan was in my class, but every time I saw her she greeted me with a big hug and a thank you for all that I did for Dylan. The truth is, she made my job easy because she was raising a kind, responsible, and intelligent young man.My heart breaks for Dylan, family members, and friends experiencing this tragic loss. There is a void left in this community, because women like Kassie are rare and I am having a hard time envisioning it without her in it.
