My deepest sympathy to each of you for your loss. Deep sorrow fills your hearts at this time. May you find comfort and strength in Almighty God. He is the giver of life. It saddened him when we shed tears of sorrow. Through his Word he gives us comfort and hope for those who have fallen asleep in death.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Kassie since our kids were in preschool together. Needless to say the word of her passing was a huge shock and a loss to the entire community. Her zest for life, the love of her son and outgoing personality were unlike any other I've ever seen! You'll be missed Kass, no question. Rest easy.

Dear Wayne and Pat.......Kassie has indeed left our world much too soon. Betty and I remember her as a little girl, full of energy and always active. I am sure both of you are proud to have the memories of such a notable person in her community. I really wish I had known her as she matured. My loss, for sure! May God provide the comfort and peace to both of you as I am sure this is a most difficult time. May God bless you and your extended families.

We had the absolute pleasure of living next door to Kasey for the past 8 years. She really seemed to find joy in being helpful and had a heart of gold. I'll never forgot her smile. She will be so missed in the community. Rich, Dylan and family I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Wayne and Pat.
Our hearts are broken at this sudden news. We are flooded with great memories of Kassie as a friend, neighbor, soccer teammate and school mate to Meghan. We would see her occasionally and she was always friendly, warm, and happy to see us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely, Dennis and Sue

I had the honor of being Dylan's kindergarten teacher. Kassie was a supportive and loving mother. It has been many years since Dylan was in my class, but every time I saw her she greeted me with a big hug and a thank you for all that I did for Dylan. The truth is, she made my job easy because she was raising a kind, responsible, and intelligent young man.My heart breaks for Dylan, family members, and friends experiencing this tragic loss. There is a void left in this community, because women like Kassie are rare and I am having a hard time envisioning it without her in it.

Kassie was beautiful on the inside and out for so many reasons. Her smile, laugh & energy were infectious. Her love for those in her life radiated from her at every opportunity. She was especially loved by the children whose hearts she touched - the proof being their eager run into her arms for one of her all out bear hugs. The world got a little dimmer on Thursday, but know that as a community we pledge to keep your light alive.

We had the pleasure of meeting Kassie, Rich and Dylan at First Choice for Children. Colby and Dylan had been in the same classes at school for a number of years so we always had the pleasure of hanging out together! Whether it was playing Just Dance to Barry Manilow(her choice) or going to Fisher Cats games or just hanging out at the ball fields, we all had fun! I am so sorry about this tremendous loss as Kassie was such a beautiful person!

I work for first choice for children in Pembroke. Kassie trusted her son Dylan to us and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to know their family. Kassie would come in each morning with a smile that lit up the room. She was kind, caring, and even joined our staff for a few months. She and I would often talk of our glory sports days and even talked of playing softball together some time. My heart aches for her family and especially for Dylan. My deepest condolences. Kassie will be so missed.
